Shipping Policy

We thank you for your visiting us at Pupcosy and for your purchases. Following are our Shipping Policy details.

We work to have all customer orders completed and shipping ready 2 business days after payment is received. Some orders including large orders and custom orders can have longer processing times prior to shipping due to the time it takes to develop the materials to complete the order. Some delays may occur if we receive higher order amounts than usual.

Once your order has been shipped estimated delivery time is:

Australia domestic orders shipping is 2-8 business days (Standard).

For all international orders shipping is 7-19 business days (Standard) depending on location.

We actively work towards making shipping times as short as possible.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email / tracking number via email or text.

As shipping is handled by third party shipping / postal providers please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched Pupcosy has no control over any losses or damages. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the tracking information provided and to contact the shipping / postal provider to ensure the delivery of your purchase. We will do our utmost to assist you with having your item delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or replacement until the item is returned.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the delivery timeframe as stated, please ensure you contact us no longer than seven days from that date.

Average shipping times are shown. We cannot guarantee shipping times as they can be affected due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control which can cause delivery delays to occur.

Customs, Taxes, Duties and Fees

Pupcosy is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other local government charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you can contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
